We love making this at home, and decided it was time to bring it to the GROCERY menu: A medley of mushrooms are given the al pastor treatment—think: smoky chipotle peppers, red onion, sweet pineapple—to create the perfect taco filling or grain bowl topper. Serve it over some rice with avocado and our limey + spicy black bean soup, and dinner is done!
