With each coaching format, all available virtually or in-person for those in Philadelphia, Adjua works with the client to help them reach their glow potential through her two-pronged approach: 
1. By providing the tools to embrace real food, simply—no complicated diets, no deprivation, no dread, and no 7-hour meal-prep sessions. 
2. By helping them to transform their relationship to food through her holistic approach incorporating open conversation, guided introspection, reflection and genuine feedback. The goal is to create a foundation that allows for less stressing about food and more room for actually enjoying it—and basking in your newfound glow, naturally. 

HAPPY HOUR: A one-hour one-on-one health coaching session with Adjua

Looking for a cram session to jumpstart your trip toward reaching your wellness goals or a more flexible format for health coaching? Our Happy Hour health coaching sessions are for you: During this one-hour session, we’ll zone in on your top wellness-related priorities and start creating a roadmap with simple but effective lifestyle changes to help you reach your goals. Afterward, Adjua will follow up with recipes, recommendations, and tips to get you moving in the right direction.

RESET: One-month health coaching program  

We know: There is SO much information out there when it comes to wellness, it can be hard to know which direction to run in to best reach your goals. Throughout the month, Adjua will work with you to nail down your top wellness-related priorities, create realistic goals and empower you with plenty of knowledge, resources and tips to help you start crushing them.

This one-month program includes:
• Three 50-minute one-on-one health coaching sessions with Adjua
• Weekly check-ins and continuous email support
• Curated recipes and cooking tips to help you reach your goals
• Guidance and tools to make sustainable lifestyle changes that will get you in tune with your body and help you to reach your goals

RESTORE: Three-month health coaching program

Over the course of three months, Adjua will work with you to help distill the ocean of wellness information out there into digestible chunks to help you to reach your goals, whether that’s glowier skin, feeling better in your body, or simply ridding yourself of a general feeling of “blah.”

This three-month program includes:
• Six 50-minute one-on-one health coaching sessions with Adjua
• Weekly check-ins and continuous email support
• Curated recipes and cooking tips to help you reach your goals
• Guidance and tools to make sustainable lifestyle changes that will get you in tune with your body and help you to reach your goals
